Personal Biography: Jeff was born on April 17, 1952 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He served as Assistant District Attorney of Dunn County in 1978, becoming District Attorney of Dunn County in 1979 until 1982. Jeff is married to Carol, who's an executive with the agency that runs the Head Start Program. They have one daughter who resides in Minneapolis.
